Every story has a beginning, and this is ours. Saghar Hariri established Ehzaar in Esfahan, Iran on the principle that clothing should be designed to represent the culture of the region it was made in. For that matter, Saghar Hariri began using pieces of traditional Iranian fabric. She started with a fabric called Ehzar also known as Lowng (pronounced /lōNG/). Later Saghar Hariri expanded her choosing to a wider selection of traditional and modern Iranian fabrics to diversify Ehzaar’s collection.
